How To Find YOUR Home, in YOUR Neighborhood with YOUR Criteria

An IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the data feed the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) provides to Brokers to display listings on a website.
Since consumers are not able to access MLS data on their own, we are providing the IDX link above to allow consumers to view every listing for sale in the Cincinnati MLS.
Once you arrive at the first page of the IDX Solution, either start by choosing your specific search parameteres and clicking Go To Search Results (bottom arrow), or click Login (top arrow).
Clicking the Login button brings you to the screen below. Existing users can login at the left of the screen. New users will need to create a profile. The asterisked information is required to create a Search Saver account. The rest of the information requested helps us get a good feel for what you're looking for in a home.
When finished, click Submit (located at right arrow). Note: We will NOT share your private information (including e-mail address) with anyone.
You've now reached the Welcome Page! NOTE: Please make sure to visit your e-mail inbox to authenticate your e-mail address to ACTIVATE your account. Special features will not work properly until e-mail authentication has taken place. A few features are listed below:
- Save searches and receive e-mails when new listings match your criteria
- Choose notifications for just new listings or new and updated listings
- Save listings to your Favorites folder for easy future reference
- Request showings as well
Now that you're logged in and your e-mail address is authenticated, you can now enjoy all the features of Search Saver. You have the ability to search by Area, County/City, Address/Zip, School District, or Subdivision, as well as the locations listed in the Area focus box. You can also search by property type, price range, property features, style, acreage, amenities and more!! Once you're here, you'll never want to leave!!!
